“Can't see, can't pee, can't climb a tree”: There are no specific tests to confirm a diagnosis of Behcet's Disease. The diagnosis is based on clinical criteria only. Recurrent oral ulcerations at least three times in one year PLUS any two of the following: • Recurrent genital ulcerations • Uveitis or retinal vasculitis • Skin lesions • Positive "pathergy test" Refer to Opthalmologist first then Rheumatologist. Rx is topical steroids.

History: Of recurrence of the mouth ulcers. Other symptoms that suggest vascular inflammation are important. Treatment probably will include oral steroids for inflammation control , topicals with steroids and anesthetics . Agree with earlier answer of pathergy test and referral to Rheumatologist
