Interesting...: Hi Julia237 One connection of neck and hands is the cervical nerves that emerge in the neck and connect to the hands. Strangely, the same neural circuitry connects to tissue all the way along that 'dermatome' So some viruses, and compression of nerves can 'connect' the two. I'd suggest consulting a neurologist or dermatologist or both. Good luck.
