Start with your GYN: There are certainly some women who have developed elongated or excessive labial tissue and who have concerns about function (interference with exercise, clothing, sex) or aesthetics (appearance). Surgical correction for this (labiaplasty) is best done by a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Your gynecologist is the best person to advise you. Often insurance doesn't cover. Cost $3000-$6000+.

Labial removal: Most gynecologists can do a vulvectomy, but we usually do it for cancer or when the labia are quite large or asymmetrical. It depends on the reason why it is being done. Certainly obtaining a prior authorization may give you an idea. I have done labia plasty for women with extremely long labia that cause issues during sex and did get at least one paid for.
