i have pain undernearth my right rib cage, most the times i feel it when i am cough or when i lay down especial on my right side what could be the cau?

Right rib cage pain: Could be gallbladder, check sonongram or liver . has been seen with lung pathology like pneumonia or may be inflammation of pleura the membrane covering organs(lung,heart), rarely lesion or autoimmune. Check liver function tests, sonogram, CXR. f/u w/doc /urgent care.
