No special reason: First, see a doctor to confirm the diagnosis. Assuming you have warts again: Genital warts (or common warts of the hands, feet, etc) sometimes recur. There is rarely any known cause; it's a random event. Just see your doctor for advice about treatment. Once cleared this time, they probably won't recur again. Don't freak out; genital warts are an inconvenience, usually not a serious health threat.
