Nephew 2yr old sneezed on my 2month old baby. as far as i know hes not sick. is this bad for my baby. worried she will fall sick :(?

These antibodies are transferred to the baby in the last 3 months of pregnancy. And last 6-10 months. Continue to protect him from overtly ill relatives & friends &small children who are likely to pass infections to him.
