Echo: Cardiac catch can determine blockage to coronary arteries and each can tell you about cardiac function like ejection fraction etc. besides some details about anatomy.

Both are reasonable: The gold standard for measurement of LVEF today is cardiac MRI. However if done appropriately both echocardiography and cardiac catheterization provide accurate assessment of LVEF.
