Yes, standard: blood test is antithyroid microsomal antibodies (also called anti-TPO), thyrotropin receptor antibodies (TRAbs) and thyroglobulin antibodies. Mainly the first. Further studies would be thyroid hormone levels and examination of the thyroid probably involving biopsy.
