ER: It sounds like you're going through a crisis right now ... Your best bet is to head to the nearest ER and be evaluated by a psychiatrist.

911...: If you feel suicidal you should call 911 immediately and notify a loved one who will stay with you until help arrives or take you to the emergency room. The ER will connect you with a psychiatrist/psychologist.
