Contractions: It sounds like you are having some contractions. This is expected at 36 weeks. If they are mild and irregular then this is called Braxton Hicks or false labor contractions. I am not sure what you mean by light fetal movement. If you mean decreased or absent fetal movement then you need to be seen in labor and delivery urgently.
