Hello doctor, i have(soft) ache in left-right parties(near ears, at the top of the ears) of head, voice come from head, voice mainly comes at night

What you seem to be: describing is sounds coming, not from the outside environment, but from inside your head. This is known as "bone conduction" of sound. The most common causes of earache & loss of external hearing are middle & external ear infections and wax build up in the ear canal. But this is an educated guess.
