No risk: I don't know what a "neti pot" is, but for sure there is no risk for Naegleria in this situation. It never contaminates tap water. You'll never get Naegleria except by swimming in contaminated outdoor pods or lakes in the summer. Even then, the risk is near zero. It is an extremely rare infection. Don't worry about it.

Naegleria fowleri.: There has been 1 case-report of Primary Amebic Meningoencephalitis caused by Naegleria fowleri in the state of Indiana btween 1962 to 2106. So- it is exceedingly rare. In general - it is recommended that distilled water be used with neti pots. You can buy individual neti-pot mix at store if concerned. So, the likelihood that N. fowleri was transmitted to you is infinitesimally small.
