Depends: Precum contains sperm and it only takes one to make you pregnant. If any moist precum enters the female genitals, the sperm within can travel inside and eventually fertilize an egg. Pregnancy requires just a healthy sperm reaching a healthy egg. It doesn't care whether you are a virgin or not. This scene is not likely to cause pregnancy, but it might.
