Can lupus affect a chlamydia test and can the test be wrong ?

DNA based test: The nucleic acid amplification test (NAAT) is the preferred method and identifies the chlamydia by it's DNA. Your Lupus would not affect that test. https://labtestsonline.org/understanding/analytes/chlamydia/tab/test
