Multiple things...: It would be difficult to diagnose without more information and a physical. However, in the absence of fever and other signs of infection, it could be worsening seasonal allergies versus the onset of asthma... or it could be a continuum of both. You can try over the counter allergy meds first but I'd still go to your doc.
