Have found several small round movable bumps under my skin should i be concerned and what cuases them?

Bumps in skin.: They could be sebaceous cysts, little benign enlargements of the hair follicles. Could be lymph nodes responding to proximate inflammation or infection. If they don't go away in a month, they should be evaluated just to be sure.
