Could it: be a wart??? These are potentially a very important infection by the Papillomavirus!! See your Primary Care Provider who may refer you for further testing. This lesion is in fact an important STD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope this helps! Dr Z
