Unlikely but...: It is unlikely that Codeine alone would cause QT prolongation. Usually the other medications it is combined with are the culprit. Certainly this is concerning and may indicate you have QT prolongation as a baseline not previously identified. Get this checked out soon by a qualified health care provider.
