No , just watch if .: Watch if it changes. There is no significance to an enlarged vein unless there is a nearby growth or tumor. Just look around for anything obvious. I doubt if you will find anything as its cause, unless you develop any new symptoms in the future in which case a physical examination should be done with a physician.
