Breast "Engorgement": or swelling plus circulation (including veins) becoming more prominent is normal especially in light skinned women. Hope this helps! Dr Z

Normal: Hormonal changes may cause the veins in your breasts to become more prominent. Depending on the color of your underlying skin tone the color may appear pink or purple. Followup with your GYN for a breast exam.
