Have it checked : Sacral dimples are quite common. But the fact there are 2 hairs growing from within it suggests that you should have it checked. If there is the slightest doubt, the child should have an MRI of the area so that if there is the slightest chance it is connected to the spinal column it should be taken care of with surgery. In any case he should be having regular check ups for this too.
