It's not expected: That would not be a typical side effect. I doubt it is related, especially if it resolved. Hormonal therapy increases risks for some conditions, but a single dose followed by a rapid onset, short-lived symptom like chest pain is very likely unrelated. If the pain is resolved and you are otherwise healthy, it should not worry you. If it returns or becomes a chronic issue, see your doctor.
