See a doctor: This could be a sign of a urachus. A remant of a tube that drains the bladder through the umbilicus when you are a fetus. Sometimes this tube doesn't close completely, and some discharge can accumulate. I have also seen material like a blackhead accumulate inside a belly button. If you get some 'stuff' again. don't clean it out, and let the doctor see what it looks like.
