Very little meaning: Unfortunately, the conventional ECG is older technology, started mire than 100 years ago. It is only accurate for rhythm disturbances... A new and much better technology based a systems engineering has emerged! it is called multifunction cardiogram! http://en.M.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/multifunction_cardiogram.

It depends....: This is a very broad question. Many factors affect an ekg - patient age, sex, medications, other medical issues. Also how does the ekg compare to a prior one? Is the patient having symptoms. These are all important considerations which shouold be addressed with a physician well versed in your medical history.
