No.: Unless you have actual celiac disease, the consumption of gluten should not cause symptoms resembling hyperacidity. I would try antacids such as Tums (calcium carbonate) or Mylanta for your symptoms, avoid any particular foods would seem to make them worse, and if they are persistent see your doctor to begin toward a diagnosis.
