Menstrual migraines: ...are not uncommon. Some forms of hormonal birth control may also trigger migraines. This could be what happened when your gf took Plan B. OTC pain medications like ibuprofen or aspirin are the first line treatment for menstrual migraine. When they don't work, we always recommend that a woman get professional medical care.
