No: Plan B isn't 100% effective...all depends on when you took the medication in relation to unprotected sex and the timing of your natural cycle. I would check a pregnancy test, if negative then you're most likely experiencing hormonal effects

Confused by this: description. If you are 19 days out from intercourse - would take a home pregnancy test. Potential side effects w emergency contraception include: menstrual flow changes (spotting, bleeding, early or late period), nausea, vomiting, dizziness, fatigue, headache, breast tenderness & abdominal pain or cramps. Take pregnancy test & notify dr if your period is 7 or > days late.
