Crohn's Disease: Pain and diarrhea are both signs that your Crohn's disease is not under control. Instead of trying to take medication to control the pain, you need a concerted effort to put the Crohn's into remission. You should see your gastroenterologist for more testing to determine why you are having the pain and to perhaps alter your medicine regimen. Do not delay seeing him. Good luck.
