Possible fungus: This is a site for excess moisture and a fine garden for growing fungus, especially one called candida. Clean the area and get some fungicide from the local pharmacy. Apply this but keep the area cool and dry as much as possible. If persistent, see a dermatologist or gynecologist who are used to helping with these things.
