Unfortunately no: Testing hearing loss is not that simple , besides there are several types of hearing loss , need complex equipment and trained person for evaluation. Hearing aids are also devised to correct specific frequency loss that is need to enjoy all the audible sounds it is not a simple sound amplifier .
