Dreaming is natural: and necessary and is most frequent at light level sleep called 1 REM. To get deeper sleep make sure your are in a very DARK room, stop use of computer, iPad, etc. at least one hour prior to bed, See your doc to rule out medical conditions and ask about supplementing w/melatonin.
