Irritation : Probably have some irritation or tearing of the sensitive skin in your vagina causing some bleeding. If it doesn't clear up in a few days see a physician. From the wording of your question I assume you are not married. Perhaps you may want to see a physician for counselling about pre-marital sex. Good luck.
