Cervical mucous: The cervix produces a cervical mucous normally and may be what you have noticed during your "spelunking expedition" in the "cave" (vagina). If it doesn't have a odor or itch-no worries. Finally, please wash and rinse your hands thoroughly before the next "cervical check" as the "cave" has a delicate ecosystem that is easily disturbed which can result in an infection.
