Bottom rash : This is definitely not "normal" bottom anatomy. Possibilities include local contact dermatitis, perianal strep, pinworms, even staph cellulitis... I would put some barrier creme with zinc oxide on it and check it tomorrow. If its not improving with the barrier creme, if she develops a fever, or if she has had a contact with strep throat or other skin infection, have her examined tomorrow.
