See your doctor : Do the neck pain, balance problem & vision changes all start & stop at the same time? Not sure about the neck pain, but your other symptoms bring to mind stroke/TIA (transient ischemic attack) or heart rhythm problem (arrhythmia), given your age & high cholesterol. Do get checked right away & find out for sure. Hope that helps.
