See Doctor: I recommend you see your physician. Vaginal bleeding after menapause can signify cancer. But it is more likely this is related to vaginal dryness and your doctor can give you a lubricant.

Gyn visit: Post menopausal bleeding should always be evaluated. In many cases there's nothing wrong but in some cases it could indicate a serious problem. An exam , ultrasound and possibly a endometrial biopsy should be done
