Muscle spasm: 30y female has pain unilateral scapula region; likely represents soft tissue spasm. Look in minor & at photos. Is head chronically tilted toward left side. Head weighs 10 pounds. Pinch leading edge of Superior trapezius muscle at top of shoulder. Is the right thick and painful compared to a soft thin left? Crossed muscles in shoulder? Scoliosis? Left sacroiliac joint sags? See Osteopath.
