No, not unless...: Unless Jan. 31 was the last time one had sex, conception must have happened later in order for the due date to be Nov. 20. If one did not have sex after January, then January is the conception month and the due date estimate is wrong. Otherwise, conception likely happened in late February. Usually, as long as one was having sex with just her husband during that winter, dates aren't too important.
