Depends: It really depends on what the lump is and what issues it is causing you. At your age, the most common lump would be a cyst. Cysts can just be aspirated. Most lumps at 22 are benign and most don't need removel or biopsy. Best place to start is with a breast Ultrasound of the area after being seen by your physician.
