Needs an examination: PCOS can cause irreglar menses. It is however important to see an OBGYN to rule out other causes of abnormal menses. Additionally PCOS needs to be treated with hormones and other medications. Did you know that PCOS is a condition of unopposed estrogen and increases the risk of endometrial cancer?
