Ovulation unlikely: Microgynon 30 is a combination birth control pill, meaning it contains 2 hormones. Women do not ovulate when they are taking combination birth control pills properly. The generally advised sequence of events is: dating, getting engaged, getting married, getting settled down, having stable jobs that offer health insurance (babies have many doctor visits), and THEN trying to have a baby.
