Need exam: Difficult to give DX or reassurance without an exam. Please call you health care provider and get an exam arranged. Until that is done, try some warm packs, alternating with some ice packs, not longer than 15 min each times,3 times per day. You could take IB 400 mg three times per day--but take it with food.
