Muscle strain: A strained or pulled chest muscle may cause a sharp pain in your chest wall. A muscle strain or pull happens when your muscle is stretched or torn. Up to 49 percent of chest wall pain comes from what's called intercostal muscle strain. You need and anti inflammatory and RICE - rest, ice, compression, elevation. Use sports bra and take Advil. Consult your doc if persistent.

Agree with Dr. W: It would require a physical examination to provide a meaningful opinion. If you are overweight losing weight is imperative. Stat exercising, with intensity and duration as tolerated. Gradually increase the rigor. Exercise at least 150 minutes per week. Have a healthy diet, drink plenty of water, avoid alcohol and street drugs. Get HPV vaccine.
