See Vascular Surgeon: This need to be followed every 6 mo. by U/S by a surgeon. Probably do nothing unless it enlarges to 30 mm, but deserves monitoring

Likely nothing: The area being calcified tells you that this has been present for awhile. If there are no apparent symptoms, this is nothing to worry about.
