Wow...First, some women can have symptoms but negative routine cultures which can either mean some non-infectious irritation for some reason or an"atypical"organism that requires a special culture &/or trial of an unusual antibiotic. Sometimes it's a problem in the urethra & not the bladder (irritative or infective). You might consider a Urologist especially since you're pregnant
