Expected: I would expect the area surrounding the surgery would still be sore after a partial vulvectomy only 3 weeks ago. Hopefully you have a post op appointment schedule to make sure all is healing well. Silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) cream can often be prescribed to help soothe this area after this surgery.
