How can you tell the difference between gas cramps & pms cramps? the pain is not the whole abdomen, just right above pubic bone area.

Timing: Gas cramps can occur at any time, may be associated with certain meals and improve with bowel movements. Periods cramps occur at certain times of the month, followed by bleeding and improve with motrin/ibuprofen. Regards Dr M
