Previous PMS?: All the symptoms you described, dizziness, sleepiness, fatigue, sore breasts, light spotting before expected period, cramping, and backache, can all be early signs of pregnancy. Has this complex of symptoms been typical for you as a part of pms? If not, since pms usually follows a predictable pattern, pregnancy is highly likely and getting a pregnancy test seems to me a good idea..
