Maybe varicocelles: Feeling of heaviness in the testicle may be a symptom of varicocele with dragging-like sensation or an aching pain within the testes caused by dilatated & tortuos network of veins that drain the testicle. Ultrasound is usually enough to make the diagnosis. Varicocele embolization is an effective minimally invasive therapy with less risk, pain & recovery time compared to surgical alternatives .
