Hello doctor, i just slammed my finger in the car door and its very painful and hurts to bend it...im also on coumadin (warfarin) and my inr has been low at 1.0?

Need to see doctor: It is not feasible to say if you have fracture of your finger. However, your INR of 1.0 means that you are not anticoagulated at all and should see your doctor for that.
